Send a Notice

Copyright owners or authorized agents can report allegedly infringing material by email.

Review and Action

We review complete notices and may remove, restrict, or ask for more information.

Counter-Notice

Users may dispute removal if they believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification.

DMCA Notice Requirements

Send DMCA notices and counter-notifications to [email protected].

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe material on SpicyStarts infringes your copyright, send a written DMCA notice to [email protected]. Your notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify the allegedly infringing URL or content, explain your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, include your contact information, and include a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

2. Our Response Process

When we receive a complete notice, we review the reported material and may remove it, restrict access to it, disable public indexing, or ask for more information. We may also notify the user who submitted or controls the material. We aim to act promptly, but timing can vary depending on the completeness and complexity of the report.

3. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed or restricted because of a DMCA notice and you believe the action was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to [email protected]. Your counter-notification should identify the removed content, state under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, include your contact information, and consent to the jurisdiction required by applicable DMCA rules.

4. Contact Information

DMCA notices and counter-notifications should be emailed to [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Notice" or "DMCA Counter-Notice". Please include enough information for us to identify the exact content and contact you about the report.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

SpicyStarts may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly submit infringing content or repeatedly violate intellectual-property rights. We may also remove access to content, limit account features, and preserve records needed for legal compliance or dispute resolution.
